This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, and related issues are handled when you purchase from Crafeny (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1) Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and inserts

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


2) Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons. If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.


3) How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@crafeny.com within the return window and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unsolicited returns may not be processed.


4) Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5) Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection

Please note that your payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


6) Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is the result of our error.


7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@crafeny.com within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will review the information provided and arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.


8) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.


9) Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to this Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.


10) Refund Timing & Limitations

Refunds apply to the item price only and do not include:

  • Original shipping fees (unless due to our error)

  • Return shipping costs (unless covered by us)

Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the stated return window or items that show signs of use or damage not caused during transit.
