Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Crafeny (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1) Processing Time (Handling Time)

Order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

During peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If a delay occurs beyond our normal processing timeframe, we will notify you by email.

Important: Processing time is separate from transit time (shipping time). Transit time begins after the package has been shipped.


2) Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and are based on your order total and destination. Our standard rate structure is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.90 for orders $1.00–$68.99

  • Free Standard Shipping: Free for orders $69.00 and above

  • Express Shipping: $19.90

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the Free Standard Shipping (Orders $69+) option will be available at checkout.


3) Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier-related delays.

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not on the order date.


4) Order Cutoff, Weekends & Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Carriers may not pick up or transport packages on certain holidays, which can affect estimated delivery timelines.


5) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier has received the package.

6) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

We may also ship to select international destinations where available at checkout. If a destination is not available during checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.


7) International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may vary and can result in delivery delays outside of our control.


8) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim the package, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay required customs duties or taxes, we can assist with reshipment once the package is returned to us and confirmed by the carrier. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If reshipment is declined, a refund may be issued for the product price minus any shipping or handling costs incurred.

To request an address correction after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@crafeny.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.


9) Delivery Issues: Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delayed Packages
If tracking indicates a delay, please allow additional time for carrier transit, especially during peak shipping periods. If tracking activity has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the carrier and initiating an inquiry.

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows that your order was marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check the delivery area around your address (porch, mailbox, building office, or neighbors).

  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to request a delivery scan or GPS confirmation, if available.

Please notify us within 7 days of the “delivered” tracking status at info@crafeny.com so we can assist. While we cannot guarantee outcomes related to theft or carrier misdelivery, we will support you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.


10) Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability and logistics requirements. In such cases, multiple tracking numbers may be provided. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond those shown at checkout.


11) Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items (Shipping-Related)

If your order arrives with an incorrect item, visible transit damage, or missing items, please contact us at info@crafeny.com within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label

We will review the information provided and arrange a replacement, reshipment, or other appropriate resolution.
